Course-Specific Terms

Booking and Cancellation

Course bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the course start date for a full refund. Late cancellations receive a 50% refund or credit toward future courses.

Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missing more than one session may affect certificate eligibility.

Certification

Certificates of completion are issued to participants who attend all sessions and complete required exercises. Certificates represent participation, not professional accreditation.

Rescheduling

Course rescheduling is available up to 7 days before the start date, subject to availability in alternative sessions.
